Joe just spent a week up here in Minneapolis - days filled with coffee, TeamTeacher, and Great British Bakeoff. We revamped TeamTeacher from the insides out because we wanted it to meet the 'teachers deserve nice things' bar. What came out of this week is something we're genuinely proud of.

Here's what changed:
🗂️ Folders: your context lives in one place Create a folder for your TOK unit, your Grade 5 literacy curriculum, your parent communication templates - whatever you're working on. Drop in your documents, saved resources, even old conversations. Every new conversation you start inside that folder already has access to everything there. Your teaching assistant can reference your materials, build on previous work, and understand your specific context from the first message.
🤖 Access to cutting-edge LLMs We've added Claude Sonnet 4.5 and GPT-5. Same teaching assistants you love - Minerva, Barbara, Diane, Maeva - but now you choose which large language model powers them. All your agents work with Claude, GPT, and Gemini models.
🌈 Meet Iris Our newest teaching assistant adapts to any curriculum framework. She's your "yes, and" partner who knows how to combine knowledge bases, leverage all our tools, and meet you exactly where you are.

- Image generation & PDF uploads (subscribers only) - Create custom visuals and upload documents directly into conversations and folders
- Enhanced collaboration - Agents can search conversations in your folders and call each other with "phone a friend"

Coming soon: We're updating our subscription model so everyone (free and paid) will have access to all AI models and Folders.
